01 · A Note From the Founder

I put my name on every pack.
That should tell you something.

Quantum Brick is a young company, and I won't pretend otherwise. But a business built on one rushed deal isn't a business, it's a countdown. I would rather grow slowly on deals that hold up than quickly on deals that don't.

My background is in systems and careful process, and I've brought that into property on purpose: the same twenty-plus checks on every deal, every assumption written down, and a hand-picked network of solicitors, brokers, surveyors and agents, all answering to one accountable person. Me.

You're thinking about selling, so here is my promise to you, in one line: a quiet, certain sale to buyers who can actually complete, with my fee agreed in writing before we start and payable only when your sale completes. The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to less.

02 · The Problem

Sound familiar?

Selling the usual way means months of uncertainty. Viewings that come to nothing, a buyer whose mortgage falls through, and a chain that collapses the week before exchange.

The quick-sale companies at the other extreme have the opposite problem. They rush you, because pressure is their business model, and the price reflects it.

Most people in your position want three straight answers. What can I really get? How fast? And can I trust the person telling me? This page exists to answer those three questions.

03 · What You Get

How it works, in plain English

Tenanted homes · Probate & inherited property · Portfolio sales · Part-built developments · Homes that need work

  • i.

You tell me about the property Where it is, what condition it's in, and why you're selling. Two minutes on the form below, or one phone call. No listing agreement to sign, no obligation of any kind.

  • ii.

I do the homework I check what similar homes nearby actually sold for, then call you back within one working day with honest numbers. Good news or bad, you get the truth either way.

  • iii.

Serious buyers only If it fits, your property is shown privately to a handful of ready, checked buyers whose criteria it genuinely matches. No boards, no portals, and usually a single visit.

  • iv.

You decide, at your pace Like the offer? I coordinate the solicitors through to completion, and you deal with one person throughout. Don't like it? You walk away owing nothing, and we part on good terms.

04 · The Pack & The Price

Evidence first.
Fees in writing, always.

My fee is agreed with you in writing before we start, and payable only when your sale completes. No sale, no fee, no surprises at the end.

05 · How It Works

Five steps.
You're in control at every one.

06 · Straight Answers

Questions you should be asking

What does it cost me to sell this way?+
A fee agreed with you in writing before we begin, payable only when your sale completes. No sale, no fee. The number is on the table from the first conversation, so you are never surprised at the end, and whoever else is involved in the deal sees our fees disclosed in writing too.
Will I get less than the open market?+
Not necessarily, and it is the wrong question on its own. A private sale trades a headline figure against speed, certainty and no chain. For some properties that nets out ahead. For others an open listing genuinely serves you better, and I will tell you which yours is.
What if the house needs repairs?+
That is usually fine. Many of my buyers deliberately look for properties that need work, and you don't need to fix or even tidy anything before we talk. Condition problems are workable. Unrealistic pricing is not.
What if I change my mind?+
You can stop at any point before contracts are exchanged. No charge, no awkwardness. I would rather you feel certain than feel rushed, because a sale you regret helps neither of us.
How quickly can you move?+
You get an honest read within one working day. Where a property fits an existing buyer's criteria an offer can follow fast, though completion still runs at the pace of solicitors and searches, like any sale. I will never promise a date I can't evidence.
