02 · Your Number Stays Yours

A channel, not a group.

Most property "WhatsApp groups" expose every member's phone number to every other member, and fill up with strangers talking over each other. This is deliberately not that. The difference is built into the product, not into a setting somebody could change later.

Nobody sees your number

Followers cannot see one another at all — not names, not numbers, not even how many of you there are in the same room. Your number is hidden from us as the channel owner too.

Only we can post

Followers cannot send messages, reply or start a conversation. Nobody can pitch you, add you to anything, or turn the channel into a group chat. The most anyone can do is react with an emoji.

Leave in one tap

Open the channel, tap the name, choose Unfollow. No notice, no email, and nobody is told you left. Prefer to stay but go quiet? Mute it instead.

04 · Straight Answers

Can other people see my phone number?+
No. A channel is not a group. Followers cannot see each other at all, so no other follower ever sees your number, your name, or even that you joined. Your number is hidden from us as the channel owner too, which is exactly why we offer the form above for anyone who does want us to know who they are.
Can anyone else post to the channel?+
No. Only Quantum Brick can post. Followers cannot send messages, cannot reply and cannot start conversations, so it never becomes a group chat and you never get messages from strangers. Followers can react with an emoji, and that is the whole of it.
How do I leave?+
Open the channel, tap the name at the top and choose Unfollow. One tap, no notice needed, and nobody is told that you left. If you would rather keep it without the notifications, mute it instead.
Will I get sales calls if I fill in the form?+
You will get what you asked for, on the channel you chose above, and a reply if you have asked us something. No cold calling, no passing your details to third parties, and no adding you to anything you did not tick. If you want out, one line by email is enough and it is actioned the same working day.
Do I need WhatsApp Business or anything special?+
No. Ordinary WhatsApp on any phone. Channels live in the Updates tab, kept separate from your personal chats, so nothing from us ever lands in the same list as your family and friends.
